SHIPPING

How long will my order take to arrive?

-If product is not in stock at the Outlet Store, it traditionnaly will take 7-10 business days. *Major Appliances or larger items will take 10-18 business days since it is shipped via ocean freight.

How can I check the status of my order?

-Please send an email to customer service with your order number if you
did not receive email updates or simply stop by the Outlet Store.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

_No. We will only ship to the address of the cardholder. In addition, upon delivery the Credit Card used for purchased must be shown together with proper I.D. of cardholder.

Do you combine shipping?
-Yes.

Do I have to pay customs or V.A.T.?
-No, all applicable taxes are included in the price of the products.

How are your prices so low?
- We keep prices low since we have direct interaction with all major manufacturers. We have access to over 1400 manufacturers.

Would I be charged in TT dollars?
-No, you will be charged in US dollars which are converted to the floating point rate. If you purchase in store you will be charged in TT dollars.

Do you match prices?
No we do not match prices but we are confident that our prices are
among the lowest in the industry.

What type of credit cards do you accept?
-We accept VISA and MasterCard

Do you accept money orders or bank drafts?
-Yes. You can pay for you order with a bank draft from REPUBLIC BANK
made out in US DOLLARS.

Returns

How do I cancel an order?
- An order can be cancelled by emailing customer service BEFORE your
item has been shipped. This takes anywhere from 1 to 5 business days.

Do you accept returns?
-Yes. We accept returns on certain conditions. Please refer to Shipping

What about warranties?
- All products that we sell are backed by the manufacturer's warranty which typically lasts 1 year (restrictions apply)..
